Work Experience...in need of some advice!? - does culinary insurance cover emergency contraception

In our school, we received our methods work experience in 10 years next year. I do not know where to start looking for an internship! I want something like that, or perhaps the culinary music (perhaps a restaurant: S). Can someone else some good companies in placements in the past? I am 14 years old!

NB: We are entitled to meet in Norfolk, Lincolnshire or Cambbridge work, and the company has an insurance policy for my work there.
